The new Courtenay motel wing consists of an additional 37 rooms constructed in 2004 and opened for business May 1, 2004. This wing faces 19th Ave and is in a very quiet peaceful setting.
The front wing of the Comox Valley motel faces the main thoroughfare of Courtenay off Cliffe ave. With all rooms and suites facing and overlooking the outdoor pool area. This wing consists of the original 29 motel rooms which have been renovated and updated over the last year.
