Situated on it's own private and peaceful acreage, Copper Moon Ranch Retreat is a fully-restored Bradner farmhouse, finely furnished and fully equipped for maximum convenience and comfort.
The home offers 3200 square feet of living space made up of:
Four Bedrooms - Three bedrooms with antique brass beds are on the main floor. Two with queen-size beds and one with a full (double). The 4th bedroom is on the lower level with a queen size bed. All beds are equipped with top of the line mattresses and linens.
An additional full-size sofa bed is located in the rec-room on the lower level.
Two Fully-Appointed Bathrooms - The main floor bathroom offers an antique claw-foot tub and the bathroom on the lower level is equipped with a shower.
Media Room - with billiards table, big-screen T.V. and collection of DVD movies.
Laundry Room - Full-sized laundry room.
Open Concept Living Space - Open living, dining, & kitchen area with large centre island. Perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. Equipped with a gas range, fridge with water & ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, & full assortment of dishes & cookware.
The outdoor living is made up of:

Just 45 minutes east of Vancouver, B.C. Close to shopping, entertainment, and a wide range of family and outdoor activities.
The Fraser River is a short drive away, offering fabulous fishing, walking trails, and wildlife viewing. For the more adventurous, the River is a good hike or bike ride down the back road of Pemberton Hills which is closed to vehicle traffic.
