Guest Suites:
The Rose Suite: With over 800 sq ft, The Rose Suite has a romantic gas fireplace, comfortable sofas and coffee table, TV, VCR, CD player, stereo and phone. Features a dinette suite, floating wooden floor, chandeliers and high Tudor ceilings. A walk-in closet is provided with iron and bathrobes, as are coffee and tea supplies. There is a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, and a full ensuite washroom with double sinks, shower, bath and hairdryer. There are phones and in-room temperature controls in all suites. This suite is on the ground floor and has a private entrance, and a second entrance to the garden hot tub. It is positively Victorian elegant.
The Colonial Suite: The name says it all. Floating wooden floors and high Tudor ceilings, also with private entrance, it has a private ensuite with double sinks, shower, bath and hairdryer. This spacious suite has a sofa and coffee table in front of a romantic gas fireplace, TV, VCR, CD player, stereo, phone and dinette suite. Iron and bathrobes are provided. There's a kitchenette with coffee and tea supplies. The carved wooden bed has matching side-tables and Victorian wall sconces above. A chandelier, leaded windows and classy area rugs top it off. The suite overlooks the historic country estate behind.
The Gardenview Suite: This suite has high Tudor ceilings, wall sconces and a romantic cushioned window seat with leaded windows. The regal king-sized bed has a classy white brass bed head and quality mattress. It converts into twin beds. Included is a mini fridge with coffee and tea supplies and microwave. There's a TV, VCR, CD player, stereo, phone and dinette suite. Iron and bathrobes included. The room has a private ensuite with double sinks, shower, bath and hairdryer. It has a private entrance and overlooks the historic country estate behind, which our manor house was once a part of.

Full breakfasts are served each morning during spring, summer and fall in the elegant dining room under chandeliers, with romantic wall sconces giving the Victorian atmosphere.
A garden courtyard opens from the dining room, where you pass under the hanging Wisteria to relax amidst the flowers. The clematis-draped wrought iron and stone fence offers subtle privacy in this romantic setting. After a fulfilling day of sightseeing and activities, come home to soak in our hot tub beneath hanging baskets, trees and stars.

Perfectly located, we're just one block from the beach and a mere 5 minute drive (3 miles) to downtown Victoria's Inner Harbour.
We're two minute's walk from the oceanfront and cliffside parks, and ten minute's walk from the West Bay marina. From there, the oceanfront boardwalk takes you around the bay into downtown Victoria, or take the quaint little Harbour Ferry from the marina across the bay to downtown. · For short stays, your confirmation is guaranteed with one night's deposit. Minimum 10 day cancellation notice required for return of deposit, less $35 processing fee.
· For weekly stays, your confirmation is guaranteed with 25% deposit. Minimum 15 days notice required for return of deposit, less $35 processing fee.
· For monthly stays, your confirmation is guaranteed with 1/2 of one month's rate. Minimum 30 days notice required for return of deposit. Cheque, cash or money order.
· Full balance payable upon arrival by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, traveller's cheques or cash.
· Rates do not include 6% GST & are based on double occupancy.
