Madrona Cove House is a beautifully designed private holiday home which is well appointed with some of life's finer comforts. Accommodation features include a private waterfront hot tub, cozy high efficiency wood burning fireplace, a large fully stocked kitchen, reading, DVD and video libraries, as well as, a double soaker tub in the master bedroom en suite.
There are private decks with ocean access from each of the three bedrooms in the cottage. Enjoy the amazing and ever changing views of the Sooke Basin from a variety of seating areas and ocean side windows. This amazing Vancouver Island vacation rental home sits on five private acres of British Columbia's natural West Coast boasting 260' feet of water frontage.

$215 per night

Shoulder Season Rates:

High Season Rates:
$390 per night

Rates are based on up to and including four guests. Additional guests $20 per person, per night.
*Monthly rate is for 28 days.
Policies:
High Season - June 1 to September 30.
Shoulder Season - April 1 to May 31, October 1 to October 31, plus Christmas, December 21 to January 4.
Low Season - November 1 to December 20, January 5 to March 30.
Two night minimum stay.
Three night minimum stay on long weekends and during high season.
Rates are based on 4 guests, $20 Cdn. for each additional guest.
No smoking indoors and kindly use ashtrays outdoors.
A $500 Cdn. security deposit is required for all bookings.
Cleaning fee of $125 per stay.
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, and are subject to applicable taxes.
We welcome children at Madrona Cove House; as in all natural environments, children should be supervised.
